which server should i use for food delivery service?

MIcrosoft server 08? SQL server? I am noob in server thingy.

I am doing assignment on proposed system for food delivery. Need to get some knowledge about the server .

i need the server to store the customer's particulars.

Actually i am planning to use automate system . Using Tribox, online ordering , email .. izzit possible? everything is automatic. I know it is too advance.
