 After Print Screen where to find the picture, i m HP dv2000 user

i am using hp dv2000.... anyone can help ??

u're using windows right?

its copied onto the clipboard. just open any software that can paste (mspaints or msword)

then can paste it already.

i means... i press the print screen button on my laptop... then i cant find tat picture... where to find it...

goto start button, choose "Run" this clipbrd. you should see the picture is store under this clipbrd program. biggrin.gif

the open Ms paint..

then press ctrl + v

Uh..you cant find it not until u paste (ctrl+v) it on word processor(msword) or any graphic editing program(mspaint) and save it smile.gif

i think i get it. he means he wants to see the file.

the image is just a memory. i think its not saved to anywhere in particular.
so u have to paste it first, before u can save the file.

yes use the clipboard viewer after u took the screenshot..

but its just temporary there..

so better paste it quick in paint, photoshop, MSword or try Paint.NET then if ur not satisfy just re-take the screen shot..

in Vista there's this utility, called 'Snipping Tool' its very convenient to take screen shots...

try 'em

after the print screen,

open paint under accessories,

ctrl-v onto the white screen, then you should see the captured image,

save as jpg.(smaller size)

 

Change to:
| Lo-Fi Version
0.0183sec    0.37    5 queries    GZIP Disabled
