so basically there are Savannah, Green Avenue and Vista Commonwealth (ignore if spelling is wrong). How much are they worth now compared to 1-2years ago? in general.
for specific question, how much are they worth for vista condo now? some are selling at RM216k and rental is around 1.6k. Wat do u guys think? |
