hi all, did my SCKLM 10K run, and after the run i felt pain on my left thigh, overuse of muscle. since the pain was gone after a week, i tried running on last Sunday, and the pain came back. I have difficulty walking down the steps. It is gone 2 days ago, and I ran for 2K, and the pain came back. I wonder how long should i rest. Any idea anyone?

QUOTE(d3vilzzzz @ Jul 9 2009, 02:33 PM) Hi, i have not seen a doctor yet, maybe i should. i am a regular runner. started running last year, each week at least 2 to 3 runs, each run 5 - 9k. use to play futsal, but have stop.hv u seen a doc? are u sure it is overuse of the muscle? are u stretching? wat abt running just 1km? coz considering u rested a week after 10km run, it shud more then sufficient? do u normally run? u play other sports? |
