Yes, u can do that.  any part of ur body.  In fact I apply it on my feet too during the Putrajaya 12hr walk.

most probably doing a 10k double hill.  just try to get back the speed momentum and hopefully ready for KL City Day RUn on Feb 22, then KL Towerthon on March 1.

vin_ann: Most of the RM10 running event in KL will use this route. The route is actually pretty ok but what made it bad is the fumes from the vehicles.
Anyway, I encourage you to join at least once. Don't care about the route. Just suck it up and take the challenge.

hi all.. anybody knows when we can receive our certificates for Mizuno Wave run (19 Oct 2008) , Malakoff 12k run (21 Dec 2008) and GE20k (18 Jan 2009)...? Or maybe they already send but the cert didn't reach my address.. anybody knows about this.. thanks..

The Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2009 will be open for registration tomorrow. The launch ceremony will be held at Pavilion from 10am to 1pm. Goodies to be given away and lucky draw will be some of the highlights there.

I have just called the KL Marathon hotline number to enquire on certain issues. Apparently, some only received 1 email after registration ( You should receive 2: Confirmation Race ID Slip and Credit Card Transaction). According to them, there was a glitch on their system. But as long we received the e-mail regarding our credit card process, we are registered. And we do not need to resend them back the authorisation letter as indicated on that e-mail. They will proceed to remove that message. You can obtain your confirmation race ID slip by going to the registration site and input your IC/Passport number. Please share this with your friends. Thanks.

Ppl's defination of slow is totally off.

My slow = less than 8min/km. Girl's pace

the pacesetter ppl run on Sundays..
apparently there are two groups..

6am      -20km
6.30am -double hill
Some one is being modest 

Yes, Frank and gang will be there, some doing 21k and 25k.
