good luck to all you guys at bidor!
Generally short distance, runners land on toe, longer distance, land flat or on heel. Seen a video saying its better to land flat. cos landing on heel acts as a brake, so effectively ur slowing urself down. tats my two cents worth. |

which garmin model do u use?
i was on the forerunner 50 until the foot pod broke down. i like garmin as it was easy to use and best of all dont require charging (unlike gps enabled models) thinking of getting a new casio sgw200 watch now. Davis selling for RM259. Its got a build in accelerator sensor to measure the distance and pace. Problem is i don't know how accurate it is. anyone got any experience with casio watches? |
