This is not part of my plan!!!!!!

My sister is in labour now, my parents are coming back later by afternoon/evening! Hopefully my dad will be occupied when the baby is out!.

He doesn't know I'm running a half marathon on Sunday. He told me not to run before this because of Swine flu. Shit. This is not good.

Of course I did tell him before. but i seriously doubts he remembers it

My mum knows about it(as usual, mum knows best biggrin.gif), but I told her not to tell my dad anything. Let him drive down safely, tengok my sister and her baby biggrin.gif..

Once he is happy, ..then I'll tell him about it. LOL macam damn scary right?

I'm 26 years old but I'm still listening to my dad like a child AHAHAHA. Ah well.

Hopefully my plan works LOL

I guess it was lack of training. Although cramps hit me slightly, I manage to utilize my quads more for running..Could have done a better timing if I had trained harder and earlier.

but really kena super cramp right before the finishing line. Aih. myself to blame. I guess I should have read more about running stuff.

Thank God for the senior runners here. Really know how to help me with my cramps wei. He pressed my right leg where it was swollen...near above the knee cap.. $%^#$%#@$@# farking painful.

Like I said tongue.gif I would finish it even though i have to limp. I walked with my left leg and dragged my right leg side ways. damn malu sial.

Seriously wonder how the last picture is gonna turn out LOL

Someone commented that Larian Amal Seri Sinar's medal is so much nicer than SCKLM one.. I agree biggrin.gif They even had medals for 5k runners.

I like GE 30k 2009 finisher's tshirt.. can wear @ the gym or during running... I prolly wear my SCKLM XL tshirt to sleep or clean the house or something.

Haih.. spoil memories for first marathon onli sad.gif

Ija,

Do let me know in the future if you are training long runs during weekends biggrin.gif

bro u should snap one more to show the thickness and the durability haha.
We can actually twist and bend our KL medal with little effort, while the singapore one's like rock solid.

True bro. but if u look carefully, its quite obvious from current angles as well

smile.gif That is how bad it is HAHAHA
