Dear all runners,
Wish to join you all for some saturday training run.... need to prepare for KLIM June 28.. My last marathon was Std Chrt SG 2008 marathon
i usually train on my office threadmill after work.. kind of lost motivation..... do u you run every Saturday 6 AM?
Can i join you all for some training run?

Why not?

if you can be at LG at 0545 or 0600 you'll definitely see us running..
There be most likely two groups(runnerz circle, pacemakers) but of course as the event's date looms nearer..you'll see more and more ppl preparing..
Take your time in the run..but as ccube said..it should take you 120 minutes

guys, i was talking about trail running, not just trekking,
as go to internet , the recommended by Federation for Sports Altitude is adidas supernova TR5 so i was wondering if any forumer here have experience with this shoes in our forest for running!
Buying shoes for a friend? i don't realli recommend it as unless you're pretty sure of your friend's feet type or how he runs
AND shoes are realli subjective, two people of the same feet type for example may not like the same pair of shoes made for their feet type MAYBE because of the way they run..
It is like buying clothes i guess..shoes and clothes..me nvr get them as gifts..
You hv recieved a no. of recomendations edi btw..
I don tink there are many here who run rain forests/ jungles on a regular basis..
For fun, hiking, trekking, training maybe..but nt seriously...
Hey..CONGRATS all who completed the ORANGE RUN
See you guys nxt yr!!
