1) Proactiv Cleanser (I love the small beads, Benzoyl Peroxide medicated cleanser. Im a muslim, so I cleanse my face every time I wanna pray and it doesnt hurt my skin. People say too much cleansing is bad, but not if you are using proactiv) - RM69.90
2) Proactiv have its toner, but my skin seem to reject it. I use it for a while, but never get to 2nd bottle as I love my SKII facial treatment essence (yes i know this is not a toner, but hey it works for me!!). So I would recommend you guys to buy a small bottle of this essence and give it a try if proactiv toner doesnt suit you. - RM250++ for SKII facial treatment essence, I cant really remember exact price. As for proaciv toner, it is already mixed with moisturiser, so there is no need to apply it anymore, but I still use it though.
3) Since I walk to my office every morning, I love to indulge myself in moisturiser and sun block. Mind you, back then, I never get the chance to wear these two products before because I have such oily skin. It only will add up to my acne. If you remember correctly, I said I have dry skin right? According to the lady in Dermalogica, she said the reason my skin is sooooo oily is not because it is oily in the first place! It is because my skin is dry, and working in air-condition room more than 10 hours a day + hectic lifestyle + make ups yadda yadda all contribute into making it more oilier. Sebum or oil (whatever it is, I still have problem understanding due to a technical, programmer brain of mine... ) Basically the oil in my face generates more to accomodate my surrounding. The drier my face is, the more oil produce or something like that... Jeez I have no idea, someone please help me out with this part as it never makes sense to me. Anyway.... My point is, I go for a green tea moisturiser and a tinted moisturiser from proactiv (sold separately). I think it cost around RM79.00 per tube and I have been using it for 3 months moderately, and I still haven't finish it yet. I'm still waiting for it to finish so I can go buy another new tube
4) Ok... After all that, I go for my 2 way cake. But my 2 way cake melts mid-day (darn it!). I am currently using studio perfect by MAC, and now thinking f switching to Loreal Mineral Foundation or Laura Merciers mineral foundation. I heard in magz the mineral foundation is good, so thats why Im switching. I hope it will stay in my face though
5) Ok, in the office routine, I basically do the above for each of my prayer time (minus the green tea moisturiser cause Im lazzzy). I cleanse, I use my SKII, tinted moisturiser and 2 way cake. Simple, yet effective!
6) At night, I went home and cleanse off all of the above using the yellow coloured make up remover by Ettusais. Remember to use the yellow one. The green one (made for acne doesnt really works as well as the yellow one for me). This removes all my small pimples I always have when using MAC. Dont ask me why, I told yeah my face is the ultimate allergy absorber in the whole entire world.
7) Then I cleanse with proactiv cleanser, and toned using my SKII.
8) When SKII is absorbed by my skin, I put in a small amount of my favorite acne killer, Proactiv Repairing Lotion. First few days, you may experience redness and inflamation, so keep it at a very small amount. I still feel a bit hot every time I apply it, but I love it. The next morning you can feel your face soooo smooth. Trust me, I have NEVER felt this good when using Benzoyl Peroxide meds before (and believe me, I have tried dozens of them from the cheapest to the most expansive brands in the counters).
9) Twice a week, I will use Proactiv Clay mask. Very very good mask this is. Once you use it, you wont think of switching.
Ok, so there it goes... My best skin care I have found in my Proactiv Solution product. C'mon gals, give it a try will ya. If you check out proactiv.com.my, you can see that this brand has been used by dozens of celebs like Jessica Simpson etc etc. Do drop me a note if you need to ask anything. But then again. not every face is same as mine, but if you have tried so many products befor, what have you got to lose?
