Axia is pretty nice, it's on top of my list alongside ichido dake & ikenai. The Rune Pika song should just be banned.

I don't mind each is different, i wouldn't want to watch the 'same' thing over and over again.

I prefer zero and delta,  just because human vs 'human', valkyrie vs valkyrie.

Can't really decide with just episode 1 alone for Delta, because that ep sets the bar quite high, but the following eps gradually slowed down until only the last ep that something major really happened (that's also after a bunch of obvious death-flag drama setup just an episode before to make you care about the guy some more ).

For me,  episode 1 is quite important because whether you can accept idol singing and dancing (with valkyrie too).

They do make Macross merchandises but there is nothing related to Macross anime production.
