I've watched Macross when I was a kid, but I never really followed it that time. Yesterday watched Robotech movie on Star Movies. So wiki-ed/google/searched around, and see comments like they copy and paste job stuff to make the Robotech series from (3 different series?). Well, I'm confused.
So can anyone tell me a quick guide in order on what to watch first? Can I get the CDS/DVDs of the Macross series(from the start, till the new ones, English subs) around KL? With Rapidshare being sucky, guess I have to eat Maggie for a while for this. |

  The prototype XV-51 and 5 pre-production airframes were evaluated in bare metal finish. The aircraft’s skin is composed of aluminum, titanium, and carbon fibre composites. yeah because ur start far away from mothership and what best solution is use boost and eliminate enemy at least 5-6 and land on mothership upgrade micro missile.
after that enemy slow down to destroy sdf and turn to attack on ur group |

in my case or my lucky,i shoot one groug and battlepod.after that,i land on mothership and change weapon as fast as i can and attack like guerilla.
that's my way to success in misson 6 |

i finish mission 6 and all the mission in hard mode just now
i rush to the enemy mothership and keep press spacebar after kill a few battlepod then i go back my ship get micro missile S and then spam spam spam!! gt a mission call nightmare, gt the blur screen effect, only me 1 ppl fighter a bunch of enemy and 5 battleship like that, keep spam micro missile @@ i gt a tips here, if u want to become invincible and increase of hit rate, listen to macross frontier song or Do You Remember Love i downloaded the english translated version, gt a few new fighter to choose from and also new BGM, one of the BGM is We Will Win in english version of SDF:M |

i only gt dyrl, dont even hv the sdf macross series, cant even find it anywhere on the internet now, even can find also download very slow, somemore it's at least more than 1GB for sure.
i found some in youtube, but all is dub or espanyol subbed just finished the macross plus in youtube, too sad only 4 ep, timeline is between after dyrl and macross frontier, not very nice, no intense action, but the vf-19 and vf-21 |

the music not nice, the ending music r better, do you remember love and macross frontier soundtrack r more better.
so now the arrange of the series accordingly from timeline to timeline should be: macross zero > sdf macross > macross plus > macross 7 > macross frontier correct? wonder will they make it into a series of OVA start from where they discover transformation till vajra or any latest series. at the year 2010 they already hv transformable aircraft, but in the real world we still in the stealth plane only... i didnt watch the previous macross and only watch macross frontier. the music is very very nice and all the characters are well placed.
i watched till episode 12. so ranka at last will be with the princess - alto? |

The new frontier movie is a retelling of macross frontier anime series, just like DYRL. But the producers wanted to put more screentime for klan klan instead of the main 3.
Hopefully there an extended ending for the main trio. |

UN scientists probably reverse engineer everything with out understanding how the technology works.. |

Rewatching macross 2 just now. Wonder if the zentrandi can fight the marduk in one on one battle?..
Why didnt they use some of VF weapon like the fang(gundam throne) weapon from macross 2 in the VF-25?.. |

however, the subs appear nicely, especially the sub in ep 25 |

i use SUPER by eRightsoft.
can convert many format, but too much settings sometimes just mess up the results. now i convert from MKV to AVI, however, after convert to AVI the quality not that good compare to MKV when watch on my laptop, but when burn it to DVD and ply it using DVD player the quality r just same like the MKV file playing on my laptop. |

sorry jus barged in....
went to AFA to watch yoshiki aka nekki basara(singing voice) played most of the m7 songs in acoustic which was reli good n final song was duet with mayn on DYNAMITE EXPLOSION.the ending was reli a blast as everyone was shouting together with yoshiki (can feel earthquake xD) definatly worth my 3 hours wait XD |

Anyone already seen Macross Frontier Galaxy Tour Live in Budokan? It was fantastic, certainly a Yoko Kanno masterpiece as usual. After watching it I have no doubt as to why Macross Frontier OST managed to make it into the Oricon chart top 3, becoming the 1st anime album after 11 years.
May'n was fabulous (cute too). Nakajima Megumi was a little green, but something tells me she's the next Maaya Sakamoto. |

Hey, I like Fire Bomber's songs too. Totsugeki LOVE HEART, MY SOUL FOR YOU, HEART & SOUL to name a few. Especially before Operation Stargazer where Basara is singing the acoustic ver. MY SOUL FOR YOU, damn EPIC. It's one of my top 3 favourite Macross moments with the other two being Minmay Attack from Do You Remember Love? (Background song: Oboete Imasu ka?) and Macross F final episode Ranka+Sheryl Attack (background song: Lion) |
