been trying many type of converter softwares to convert macross frontier to VOB or avi format and burn to DVD to play at DVD player, some converter make the video and audio out of synchro, the converter i'm using now make the subtitle become damn small until u cant even see it

that is HDD player, external HDD and that player doesn't come cheap, and i prefer to burn it to a DVD so that i can made it into a collection or something (not for distribution of coz)

i also dont hv quadcore, i convert video using my laptop, which is only dual core, finally i found a way, but this time the video appear to be slightly faster than the audio however, the subs appear nicely, especially the sub in ep 25

Musician Kazuhiko Kato, founder of the Sadistic Mika Band which was internationally successful in the 1970s, was found hanged at a hotel in the resort town of Karuizawa in Nagano Prefecture on Saturday, police said.
     The local police believe Kato, 62, who had stayed at the hotel, committed suicide. Kato was found by police officers and hotel employees after the hotel was unable to contact him and called the police in the morning.
     An apparent suicide note was left in his room, according to the police.
     Kato, known as a creator of innovative sound, started his recording career as a member of the Folk Crusaders in the 1960s. The band's debut single, ''Kaettekita Yopparai,'' with its English title ''I Only Live Twice,'' named after James Bond movie ''You Only Live Twice,'' was a big hit.
     After the breakup of the Folk Crusaders, Kato formed the Sadistic Mika Band with his first wife Mika Fukui and other members, and was internationally successful in the 1970s.
     The Sadistic Mika Band opened for Roxy Music on tour in Britain in 1975, becoming the first Japanese band to tour Britain. The Sadistic Mika Band has disbanded and reassembled several times.
     Kato also performed as a solo musician, and served as composer and producer for other musicians.
     He was nicknamed ''Tonovan'' as he was known as a friend of Donovan Leitch, a Scottish singer-songwriter and a British folk icon in the 1960s.

Katoh made his musical debut with his college band The Folk Crusaders, which performed the hit songs "Kaette Kita Yopparai" and "Imujingawa." After The Folk Crusaders disbanded, he co-established The Sadistic Mika Band, a group that would break up and reunite several times over the years. The band became the first Japanese group to tour Great Britain when it opened for Roxy Music in 1975.

On his own, he composed music for several projects, including Mari Iijima's "Do You Remember Love?" ("Ai , Oboeteimasu ka?") theme song for The Super Dimension Fortress Macross: Do You Remember Love? and Akino Arai's "Yakusoku" for Windaria. "Do You Remember Love?" proved to be mainstream hit when it landed at #7 on Oricon's weekly singles chart and #38 on the yearly chart for 1984. As part of The Sadistic Mika Band, he also wrote and performed the theme songs for Maruboshi Mabo-chan.
