My experience in this game.
Registered multiple account and play this game for over a month. Yesterday, all account banned and prohibited to login for over 500k minutes and reason is illegal bot.
Lodged report asking reason in official website, no reply, so i call up customer service helpline, a lady answered.
I ask why all my account banned? lady answered, suspected using bot, because all the account almost played 24/7, never use shaded moon (in game item), seldom chat in game, same ip for accounts that login.
My answered, i have limited computers in my community centre and many users in the centre, and every1 is sharing computers and celestial destroyer accounts, i am the 1 who registered all the game acoounts and setup the computers. Even 24/7 is not enough time for them to play turn by turn. Never use shaded moon, i notice this in game item is expensive, if need to use alot, fast way is by buying with real money (RM), our comunity centre is a 24/7 free for all centre, you expect us to get money from our generous donor supporting our basic monthly expenses to give us extra money to buy game products, truly not ethical. Chat in game, our comunity is big and have many real people around and is free to chat all the time, is there any rules that we must chat in game, again i notice chat in world channel have to buy some item again (have to use money). Same ip, all our computers set up within near range and consider LAN party, is this normal or abnormal if hapen to encouter same ip? (i don't know much regarding this ip).
After awhile of puting me on hold for several time in our conversation, the lady start to bring up the registered personal accounts issue, request me to email all the accounts info including IC number for them to review the banned case, my answered, i have been con by providing real personal info in game before, so now i only registered game with fake IC/ID, therefore i canot remember all the different accounts personal info. I ask, can you resend all personal details to each of my email that i have registered with the game accounts, lady answered, no, canot, because the game system meant to be like that, when register account, end user (player) have to remember all the info and save it, i ask again, why when i register accounts in your game, they never insist or highlight that i have to do so because personal info is not going to resend to end user again in the future, and now problem occurs, u tell me that i must do so, abit late, right, and i feel the lady is teasing me by asking me have i ever play any online game before, if yes, i should know the rules and regulation about online games. i can comment that with this kind of expectation that all player and end user should know what they do from previous experience in online game is neglecting their business responsibilties providing the best service.
Finaly, i ask, is there any solution to this issue? the lady keep requesting me to provide all the personal information, if not, they would not proceed futher regarding this issue and accounts will be remain banned.
Again, i answered i canot remember, we are facing illegal bot account banned issue and now you keep requesting me for the personal info, i have to remind that this is not hacking or account been steal report. Again, the lady answered, it is part of the game system that player have to provide personal info to verify genuine owner, after all she totaly avoid the bot and banned issue. Again i ask for solution or recommendation for owner that have few computers in 1 place (like LAN party or cyber cafe) and few accounts but many user sharing it and most probably playing 24/7 and not get banned, again the lady keep requesting me to provide them all the personal info.
Tomorrow, i will personaly going to their office in boulevard and ask again regarding the solution, the lady answered again, there is not much can do even i am personaly attended.
For your information, i need to find the solution and answer, if your game system is not supporting multi player for 24/7 in 1 place or 1 LAN party, it is ok with me and you should stated in your game intro at the 1st place, or you can banned me for sharing game accounts but not banned me for illegal bot, we are only genuine players that play 24/7.

Wow~ i also played Celestial Destroyer Online, and i also have 3 ID online in one time. But the weird things is... why u get banned if your legit (as u claimed yourself) and i think alot people also legit player in the server. Well, i used shaded moon while playing the game, so i doesnt have any issue being ban or etc.
