MARTIN O'NEILL and Nigel Reo-Coker grappled each other to the ground in an amazing training-ground bust-up yesterday.
It followed a heated exchange between the Aston Villa manager and his midfielder and the pair eventually had to be separated by shocked players.
One stunned onlooker said: "It was really heated and at one point they fell to the ground grappling with each other although no one was throwing punches or anything like that."
Reo-Coker has not hidden his anger about the way he has been in and out of the Villa team since his ?.5million move from West Ham two years ago.
He was unhappy at being substituted during Sunday's 1-0 win over Birmingham.
