these type big ass HSF(RS,CCF and etc...) will more effective for cooling cpu oni rite..

if using something like CM gemin II,, i thk it cover half or 1/3 of our mobo,, thn will cooling down the other part besides proc..

guys, i need ur opinions here.

recently i pushed my 4200 to 2.5GHz (default is 2.2GHz) with 1.3V. and my RAM boosted to 840MHz (2.1V 5-4-4-12 2T, dunno y my CL didnt go to 4 even though i already set it at 4). i tried on some gaming (TF2 and FarCry2) and the system seems to be stable. the speedfan's K8 temp never go beyond 50c even though the cpu temp shows 61c max. the thing is, izzit ok for the RAM to be in tat overclocked value? (it should be 800MHz@2.4GHz) my spec:

AMD X2 4200 Brisbane 2.2GHz@2.5GHz
Corsair XMS2 DHX 2GHz 800MHz 4-4-4-12 2T
Sapphire ATi HD3870
Abit AN-M2HD bios rev.20
Xigmatek Red Scorpion CPU cooler

im having difficulties getting it stable on 1.4v. 3.3 ok. but 3.4 ... 

for long time we mostly discussed about X2.. boring de..
i've changed 3-4board for just 1 cpu..
not much chance to play on X3 n X4.. pity amd..
they should concentrate on 4ghz performance.. act fast..

interesting but need patience+skill+luck.. for me sometimes it can get annoying

BTW, my 5k BE cannot run 3.3ghz stable....3.2ghz oso not stable. I set the vCore to 1.47v.
