 What online brokerage has the lowest commission?, mainly us stock

hey guy for those who are active trader in us stock market,
you guy might know,
need some advice le

scotrade; pertrade usd 7 with no maintenance fee or inactivity fee,
ameritrade pertrade usd9.99 an no minimal , inactivity or maintenence fee.
tradeking pertrade usd 4.5 and not sure got inactivity fee
optionexpress 14.95 per trade
interactive brokers; not sure per trade how much ?
but their is monthly usd 10 for inactivity fee, lot of charges
etrade;12.99 usd pertrade and quarterly usd 40 maintenance fee, not wise to own this account if less then 50,000 is account
fidelity 19.99 usd pertrade on of the top of the charges

singapore bank such as uob,ocbc,dbsvicker average ; 40-50 usd pertrade
cimb malaysia; double charge here malaysia flat rm150pertrade plus us brokerage additional charges
osk,tarr security thru singapore securities same as uobkayhian,dbs vicker high charges
citibank sigapore; rate is 0.01% with custody fee usd 2 per counter

of course everyone will say just get scotrade or trade king; but unfortunately this two are not provide to malaysian or singaporean resident, unless u have us social security number,

any suggestion; i want low commission rate, no inactivity fee, or maintenance or quarterly fee, no custodian fee.
i dont trade a lot 5-6 trade in a year mainly buying and keep.
i prefer near singapore or malaysia as it near my base. in case i need emergency fund i can withdrawal them right?

guy yours suggestion is greatly appreciated,

Goodness..man.. you're just posting questions on different threads on this, aren't you?

IMO, if you're just trading only 5-6 times a year..then pay a little bit more and go with local singapore bank since they can transfer your existing holdings to the local office. It is much easier and you don't have to worry about maintaining another account overseas since you're not doing day trading - why the need to go cheap?

i thought of that but i have more than 20 counter which singapore securities charge custodian of singapore 2 dollar per counter for each inactivity month, so every month i paid 40 singdollar and yearly 480sing dollar it not good to own singapore securities if u want to expand ure portfolio.
