This charity work will last for a long time and I am hoping that it will someday be an organization that last even when I am not around. Which is why, this is a long term plan rather then a day thing.
Anyway the idea is to open a shop in Pasar Malam and the name of the shop is called “NEIB” on this. NEIB stands for Not Everyone Is Bad, which this will stand as a core value for fellow participant. The idea is to sell Garlic bread with a cup of mushroom cream soup for an affordable price (RM 3).
The thing that we do will be simple, there will be a white board in front of the shop. On this whiteboard, it will show the cost of operation for the week. After sales are done, the number will be written down on this white board and the earnings for that day will be photograph and written down on a website, preferably a forum. And with a voting system, the public will vote for where the money will go rather then a single individual decision.
The gathering place will be in my meeting hall in Damansara Intan, for those that like to participate in this program and to listen to the story behind this, please feel free to contact me and I will gather everyone to my training hall. (Hopefully there will be enough people to participate in order to have a good size meeting, 6 people atlease)
My plan is to open from 4:30pm to 10pm on Monday
Schedule is as follow
4:30pm to 6pm = 2 participant
6pm to 8pm = 2 participant
8pm to 10pm = 2 participant
Each of them will be different people and the reason for this is to encourage participant rather then the charity fund raising. Again I will go back to our core value which is Not Everyone Is Bad.
Phase 1, Gathering people (preferably 6+)
Phase 2, Construction of stands/ shop and creating recipe
Phase 3, Operation/ training
Phase 4, Scheduling people
I am now only on the 1st phase which is gathering people who wish to participate
Thank you

Updated on November 10 regarding the delay of operations.
Ladies and Gentleman,
Thanks you once again for being interested in this charity run.
There is a problem that I am experiencing now due to operation licensing in Pasar Malam. I have personally gone to MBPJ to ask for guidance to have this problem solve. Once I shared the idea with the front desk, they got interested and this is where I start to get the name of person in charge. It isn’t easy, but I manage to get the head of Pasar Malam operation manager after talking to 5 people walking from one building to another.
The last stop is level 3 in MBPJ building, where I got the opportunity to talk to Mr. Ku Mustafar and what a wonderful person he is! He was first a very cautious person, listening to the idea that I propose, having doubt on the operation itself and the money. But with further discussion, he started to open up to me.
Mr. Ku Mustafar has a big problem if he were to give me the license.
1. By giving me a spot in Pasar Malam, he is taking the risk of having a family who really need money having no space.
2. The spots in Pasar Malam has already been fully taken.
3. He cannot create new space due to the fact that space is limited.
Mr. Ku Mustafar however, gave me hopes on having one.
1. He asked me to make a business proposal to him including operation and a summary on the idea.
2. My company license, Borang D
With this, I have faith that there is light at the end of the tunnel. He already given permission that I can have a one month period of operation but it really defeats the idea of having this charity run. Also, he told me that he will discuss with people in higher level to see can this be done.
After I prepare everything, I will be meeting with him again. I hope that this project can be done as the intention and purpose of it is good.
Thank you
Vincent Low
