I planned to demolish my current house and build from the sratch..My land area is around 4000 sf..I planned to build a 3 storey bungalow..can anyone tell me the estimated cost for the house only,I know interior cost will shoot sky high..I want to know the estimated cost for 3 storey house structure only?..

2 storey terrace house cost rm140k .. if 3 storey house I would say rm220 - 280k

why dont you ask a pro? hahaa ... unless we have any lyn member here which is pro la ...

i think so difficult for us to say because it end up also depends on how you want your house to be built right? go and look for an architect then probably they will give you a more accurate quotation ...

anyway, thumb up to you this rich fellow ... lol

my budget is 275k..can i achieve my 3 storey house plan with all the the interior designs included?..my current double storey house built up area is 24 x 44..whole house area is 54 x 74..I planned to expand my new house built up area to 34 x 44..any estimation for the cost?

Just ask my contractor about the cost to build from ground up (Klang Valley area). The estimated price is around Rm120.00 per square foot using standard materials and finishing provided by them. Final price will depends on what finishing that you want.

should be ok since you're not from KL the price should be cheaper than KL.

Cost of developer should be around half of that or less only

developer build in hundreds while TS just want to build 1, so cant really compare

Yea well I guess the con-tractors around Klang Valley are making really huge bugs for charging that much
But well Penang should be cheaper

if including interior design hard to say....depends on how much you do for your interior design also...
