Our family is planning to change my dad house (double storey terrace house) which currently under my mum & dad name to my name. What is the proper procedure? and at what cost?

Rang a lawyer firm, it said ~RM600, and the lawyer has to keep the 'paper' for a year.

btw, also need to find a helpful lawyer firm to help my parents setup a will.
