anyway, from a psychological aspect, she appears to be having OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). She has all the traits.

She has to follow a certain pattern in the everyday life e.g. the missing 1 day thing (seem like ADD (attention deficit disorder) but dont think so), umbrella, lights and so on. even the food part. ppl with OCD cannot stand eating with different utensils, she is probably shy to bring her own fork and spoon while on a date, so she dun eat la.

In terms of the cut, it depends on how bad the cut was. ppl with anorexia can bleed badly even if a small cut that can't be seen(but not calling her anorexia cause no proof).

What u describe is quite common in these kind of patients, so don't worry.
No harm should come to u or yr fren as they are quite nice ppl and easily predictable.
Just don't get in their way of doing the things the feel they HAVE to do. if you do that, run!!!!
