Need Fellows mates in this thread for advice,

My HDD dunno kaput or what. My HDD got 2 partition,

1st partition unable to read/access, 2nd is okay.

Tried to Fix using Scan Now & auto fix, lasted for half a day in the end it shows 'unable to complete'

any idea whats wrong?

Tried edi, 1st partition tak boleh access and 2nd can access.
Format whole thing installed win7 but after restart, cant open. It will keep reboot at Win7 logo.

You need to check the S/N for warranty status / applicable or not. Send them an email to query.
Expensive thou the courier plus nobody is at home to give them the HDD or Accept the return once done. sighs
