The linear read throughput is quite good, I think miles ahead WD Caviar Black, but just wondering the reliability. Here the picture.
Hmm, some more it was very quiet during operation, so the noise and temp actually beyond my expectation.

Just got myself a Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA (ST31000528AS,32 MB Cache) 3 days ago...surprisingly the temp is quite low, only 41-42C considered no HDD fan + no front intake fan + sandwich between 3 HDD
