is hdd's temp @ 46-48C consider normal?

there was three harddisks in the casing

80 Maxtor = 40C
120 WD = 35C (C: Drive)
250WD = 46C

the 12CM fans is blow directly to 80 & 120 HDD but 250 just only 50% blowing only....

you guys know where is the nearest WD warranty center in PJ?

but they do provide "door to door service replacement"
