HDD for me now much depend on lucks..After several years works under Seagate, now observing WD all this while after my Seagate down without reason..
 I think u should try that Samsung Spinpoint F3 since i heard that HDD perfomacne quite impressive..  |

I doubt u'r refering into External HDD?
