Mine is SATA 3, SATA 5 due to wiring getting in the way

SATA5? Is it the JMicron chipset?
Could be the reason it slows down, try to plug to Intel chipset SATA ports.

JMicron still got prob?

Not the SSD's JMicron, it's the mainboard southbridge JMicron, might be the reason, no harm to try other ports, best to try Intel chipset ports.

Chnaged from SATA5 to SATA 1 and the speed still the same
Oh well....I'll just live with it
At least the avg read and write is still fast

Both drives around max 135MB/sec
Avg around 110MB/sec and above, means all is well
