If 1TB is predicted as RM200, then 2TB should be less than RM400, could be around RM370. If the rumor is true *cross finger*

It depends on what system are you running, in my case Intel Atom I use AVF 450W (RM60), for Core 2/i better get pure power supply or slightly better one if you can afford (usually around RM200).

Anyone here from Kuching Sarawak that knows of cheap 2TB HDD? I just asked 1 and that really has stock and WD one cost 479!!! Cannot nego, said "old stock, previous 5xx, earn not much... bla bla bla"
Also if possible Samsung 2TB F3? Seriously need it urgently... and cheaper than RM430, cause of budget buying another 4-in-3 device to convert my ODD drive area to HDD rack. Sigh, why Kuching here always so hard to find what I want and... darn the shipping cost T.T |

Wow.. killing price yeah.. RM380 for F3EG 2TB??
I just bought mine at RM438 @ NTCT Mod (oii... Kuching here eh!), have to back-to-back order, phew~~ But arrive fast (1 week) along with CM 4-in-3 module. Very decent (fast) drive, although have a little hard time, almost hang the whole PC when return from sleep, other than that, it's a great fast drive for 5,400rpm HDD!!! 117MB/s at start till 55MB/s at end. First time see the model, oh dear... didn't do study, don't know the model is F2 or F3, and nvm about that, and went home to google... wow... latest drive indeed |

QUOTE(SSJBen @ Jun 20 2010, 11:09 PM) Yeap. Just like U3 type thumb drive features? Can be flashed? It isn't deletable because its a firmware feature, not a software. Well RAM wise... doesn't matter much on these days of PCs. Its only irratating because the damn thing has to pop out everytime I connect mybook to my PC. |

SATA5? Is it the JMicron chipset?
Could be the reason it slows down, try to plug to Intel chipset SATA ports. |
