Weee, just wrote them an email to refund my order last nite and here's the response:-

I see that the order summary in Your Account estimated it would be delivered by September 17, 2008. Since this time and the additional time has passed, it does appear that this package is lost. Further, in researching this order XXXXXXXXXXXX , the tracking information shows that the package was delayed due to external factors. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this delay may cause. I do hope you will understand that occasionally a shipment may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control. However, there is no need to be concerned. As you asked, I've requested a refund for the full amount of this shipment, including shipping costs. This refund should go through within 2 to 3 days and will appear as a credit of $150.73 on your next credit card billing statement.
If you used a gift card for your original purchase, the funds will be returned to the gift card balance associated with your Amazon.com account. To view the status of a refund, click the "Your Account" link on the top right-hand side of the Amazon.com homepage then click "View Recent and Open Orders" in the Orders section. Long story short, I got another email from them just now saying they will process my USD$150 refund now...
Really have to BAMBOO them on their INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY SHIPPING only got response.
Can't go wrong with Ah Ma Zoon. Yay!
Just wrote them back a thank you courtesy email and placing another order right now
