i have that polar express 3D in the shopping list...hehe

by the way...from what i have observed....am i correct to say most here are buying BD for the PQ and AQ? with the movie plot being a secondary reason? which translate to...as long as PQ and AQ good, whack them first....story crappy, nevermind.

then i guess its just a matter of difference in taste.

colleague of mine said this to me...."yeah I'd have to get Indy4 as well even though the story is crap."...i went..."then why do you need to get it!?!?!?!"

too bad you assumed the shipment went to msia. well...i did say it traveled shorter distance to get to me....its still a good 3-4hours flight away.

oh have to mention, that there's no custom clearance since its within EU. and they didnt deliver it to my residence because it wont fit in the mailbox, had to go and pick it up from the post office.

it is getting a bit tedious to compare the diff region releases and some even to verify the region codings.....

maybe should just get a region B BD player.....running this beside a region A PS3 solves everything....no?

they usually tell you to keep it after you report to them...

this is true even for amazon china.

Added on October 22, 2008, 2:10 pmbut letting them know you have duplicate copies definitely the right thing to do

actually store prices in UK, US and canada for BD is not that great. i think the advantage they have is that they pay less for shipping, assuming they're ordering from websites like amazon and of course the currency.

if you have a look at amazon canada's price...its quite scary.

perhaps love should get the US version.....that has DTS-HD MA and Dolby TrueHD 7.1. Hk version has DTS-HD MA 5.1

and yes, the US version also comes with mandarin subs...if that rocks your boat.

HK perhaps love should be abt HKD180.....
I got my Red Cliff from HK for HKD238.
