Too much carbs if you ask me especially for a man that's cutting Totally needs to hit the weights
The body isn't conditioned to hit weights via cardio/jogging. The body's conditioned to hit weights, when you hit weights.

you be surprised what the body can handle
believe me on this, the mind's the weakest link in the body. The body can do loads of things if you can condition your mind to believe in itself. This isn't motivational talk, just hit the weights. Which FF do you train at?
Also..I'm not sure how you're intending to lose fat because you don't take any fat as it seems from your diet.
More fat needed to. Rule of thumb for losing fat; High protein, moderate-high fat, low carbs.

I'm a strong supporter of animal fat for it's DNA (there's actually studies showing that animal fat and protein, does have differences in DNA and test levels)
I suggest more animal fat, probably at 2 servings a day. Or at least one.

QUOTE(metalfreak @ Oct 6 2008, 09:42 AM) ? what do you mean animal fats? Start reading a bit more about nutrition http://www.pponline.co.uk/encyc/strength-training-diet.htmYou'll learn more about what's the proper diet. And it's my strong believe, NO man has done enough crime to be condemned to the treadmill and smith machine, the two animalistically evil products of Satan. Lift weights. Free weights. And don't give up when you feel that it's hard to lift them, just lift them some more.
