Its useful for me and compliments my Garmin Nuvi 200w as this one can use indoors and has very fast acquisition speed. Its good when you need a snap shot of the roads around you.

I've had trouble getting a precise triangulation on my area. Can't seem to establish a location even after 10 minutes >.<. Hope I have better luck another day.


Will it able to plot alternate routes assuming you veer offcourse? Its really handy when you need a general direction to the locale IMHO.

Man my iphone reboot time is really long

All time goes along I am sure there will be more POIs . Hope iphone maps gives garmin a run for its money

Hrm. Was the same for me. If I put the same addres I can plot the route on iphone maps but xgps doesn't show up. Maybe ill try to put in a more complete address and see how.

Wish the map would also stay static and not rotate when changing directions. Makes me lose focus. Heh.
