I can't find the right forum for it,therefore I'll try here instead. This one should have many visits.

The thing is I need to find a reputable and honest seller in Msia (Which is damn difficult) that doesn't scam whatsoever, as in I'm looking for the exact and right measurement of my laptop skin, not so good in DIY Although Crartworks seems quite pricey at the first place, this may be the option where I could find myself a nicely designed laptop skin that suits my character as well

There goes my case HOWEVER. I was so upset with the product that I'd received on Mon. Jeez,the skin got 'damaged',"kena lipat" by some jackal perhaps? (POSLAJU obviously) What more can you possibly expect? I was so disappointed with both parties,as Craftworks should have thought of a better method to post the laptop skin whereas PosLaju should have improved their service. Though the probability of getting the laptop skin 'damaged' is quite low,but should have done better

Who knows,right after I informed Craftwork regarding the matter, they were willing to listen and replace a new one soon after I sent them the picture of the item. The sales executive was very helpful,given that the store's policy for not seeking a replacement for any buyers? However, they proved that they are really reliable,worthy of trust! Well according to my own "Customer Satisfaction Rating', Craftworks has a 11/10 rating! Excellent,quick & efficient service.

Like what they say,there's no such thing as free lunch,it worths all that money to get yourself a quality laptop skin with good services provided upon. They are not meant to be the cheapest,but the most DEPENDABLE I must say!


P.S : Really nice guy to talk to as well .. The sales executive I mean

hi..I'm currently using the NEW DELL INSPIRON 14-metallic blue colour..any suggestion for the skin? would like transparent skin with design-perhaps white and light blue/white and pink? Not sure which colour brings out the design though as the blue is not that light, not that dark either..pls help..thanks
