Refer to previous few posts about washing machine.

Anyone can suggest whether to buy a used machine or new one that comes better, if budget is constraint? Any experience sharing?

True. I've put 2nd hand washer worth rm150 to my rental house. But after 4 month using, the washer stop working and cost to repair approx rm500. From the info I gather, 70% of 2nd hand washing machine are old and waiting time for the engine to broke down and of course the cost to repair are expensive.

Buy new there are really good Samsung top loaders going for around RM700 or less. With electrical goods you never know when it will kong tongue.gif

Shop around for the best price... generally I find Carrefour is a good place to start and when I bought my washing machine Carrefour was the cheapest versus HSL, Best Denki and Harvey Norman

Please get a new one! And, if ur washing machine spoils, it's advisable to get it replaced than fixed [i mean, if it's just the pipe that needs changing then by all means change just the pipe!]
