for transportation, you can ebook at aeroline wibsite
for cheap accomodation, you can try staying in dorm. try hostelworld.com
for slightly better, try hyatt, shangri-la and such, but they come at a price
all of em can be done online nod.gif

protip:
-chose accomodation in walking distance to venue
-or choose one thats near to MRT

Just a random note: if anyone is travelling in groups (>3 people), the YWCA is a good place. Prices are reasonable for what you get (breakfast, near Dhoby Gaut MRT station), and I can vouch for the place. Despite the name, non-females are also welcome.
