I have a rig as follows:

AMD Athlon x2 5200+
Biostar TA790GX XE (AMD 790GX + ATi SB750)
Kingston DDR2 800MHz 1GB x2
Hitachi 320GB HDD SATA2

Initially i installed Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 on it... but now i want to install XP onto it... so i did a clean format, and install...

things go well until the computer reboot after copying all the files, and this error is prompted: Error loading operating system

for the SB750 chipset itself, there are these options: RAID, AHCI, Native IDE, Legacy IDE, IDE -> AHCI...

i ve Native IDE selected, which is the default...

anyone with any ideas??

Eh, I thought you are Vista x64 lover? Why switch back to XP?

Easy only ma, change Vista GUI back to XP lo. I bet she won't notice the difference.
