What are your views on the recently launched IOI Boulevard in Puchong Jaya, and Setia Walk in Pusat Bandar Puchong?

If not mistaken you have to buy a lot including the shoplot and office floor on top? confirm above 1mil.The prices are quite high for Puchong and are closer to prices in PJ. is more than 1million...look at the shop lots beside IOI mall extended(New wing)..it cost 2.3million for 3 1/2 storey... |
