i know and i understand you "beh song" ah... CONMAN or FFK is very common in LYN. The admin and staff also do their best but still cheating is unavoidable. There is an issue whereby the CONMAN is already best known for his behavior but still people keen to trust him and finally got cheated. So what to do?
If you realize that he is cheating, you can ignore him. But the move you make here i give you 50% correct lo. Correct on leaking the trader that he is cheating. Another 50% no give you is because is more like you are releasing your "beh song" here rather than revealing the truth of that seller and to notify others.

No offense bro, but I'm not suprised, it happens especially in the cyber world due to people who don't know cyber rules. Time to educate them the hard way (give them holiday).

Where's the rest of the private messages? Did he get rude after you called him a cheater or before? Cause people are generally gonna be unfriendly if you call them a conman.


Also, just fyi... The customer isn't always right and is infact very often wrong.

As a customer I already talk very politely. I believe you always have some nonsense customers. You can reject customers anyway if you think he is wrong, but what you earn is just loosing a business, a long term business. That's why we say customers always right. Not because what they mention is right but you have to do as what they need.

I thought moderator has to maintain the server in "peace" situation. Ensure each members has posted or writes what he should and shouldn't. Maybe I was wrong...Management here different anyway.

We don't just go by "he used vulgar words first, punish him!" without looking at the context. I have the same question to ask as malaysianPotato - did he reply rudely only after you called him a cheater? And why do you think he replied that way?

As what the screen shot told us, yes he replied rude after I called him cheater. He really did cheat anyway. What's wrong he tagged with "cheater" by the way he was really trying to fool me around?
You can write something to show you're really unhappy or angry but NO vulgar words please...

So, based on what I can read, you called him a cheater because he tried to sell you the rubber and blade of a table tennis paddle seperately. Did you bother inquiring why he sold them that way, if that's how his supplier is supplying him, if he knows that it is available differently?

One has to realize that regardless of who's in the right, one who comes under verbal, physical or any other form of attack, will usually defend himself.
