Kyou's Arc TODAY

Finished watched it yesterday, but not in time to give some insights.

Anyway, as how the drama (OMG LULZ IT'S TEH DRAMAS ZOMG!!1) in Clannad tends to relay itself in our views, I'm now in No Mercy towards the twins.

And man, an impressively (gives the impact of "so vexing" over here) drama. Kyou likes Tomoya, Ryou realizes it, and sibling rivalry, mix that with some spice and salt, you get polygons going. Then, you know, suddenly s__t happens, we go through the violent series of tidal waves in a violent hurricane mixed with some tornadoes, typhooins etc just to find the calm waters, and there we get to the resolution.

Simply put, it's great and touching, however since I always play by the way of non-conformism, it's too great for me that I declare war over the sad and touching feeling it gave me and man, this gives MY GUITARZ quite a blast like it never had been. In other words... if you want to enjoy all the "laut yang berombak - OMBAK BESAR" of this OVA, having me as company would be a bad call as I would attempt to make a Narm out of it. Oh, pray that I fail, though, I wouldn't like for my evil plans to succeed either.

That said, cheers and enjoy the OVA. It's great. Vexingly great.

(although I bet all of us wants to say "Just one OVA of Kyou route isn't enuff!!11" )

(p/s: I'm saying all of the above for some lulz. Now pardon me )

My observation: KyoAni has gone through the floor when it comes to Animation quality. Even comparing it to the "before story" one can feel the difference.
