I've been able to OC my proc from 2.5Ghz to 3Ghz, & it's stable but my Prime95 test failed. What does this mean?

Sorry, mods can feel free to delete this post then.

My core voltage is 1.4v. Too low?

Ram voltage would be 2.1v.
