But how do I know the who is it?

go maybank counter...but they can onli give u certain info...like:

the moeny is cash or chq..
bank in fr which brand or state..
over the counter or machine...

but no name...bcos mbb also doesnt hv it

usually the seller will track back the date and time of the transaction.
from there, he will check

you need current account to get detailed transanction.

What if you have multiple bank ins on the same day?

can show the online banking transaction history if it is GIRO transfer or account transfer..
or can get the statement by request in bank
if ATM bank-in then no proof already..

U ask him watime and date he bank in the money to you.

Then you check is it match?

If he paid u using Maybank2u, he can go to the payment history and print out the transaction. If he really paid you, the item will show your account number.
