By having to ask for MSN address personally, it does looks like guys need to apply for a "visa" in order to chat with ya

i had some weird ppl adding me and not telling me who he is....got scared

If not,it's rude to just add people without asking for their "visa".

Just ask the person for permission la.Make it a habit.

yes indeed...i can only post here...other thread got ppl flaming!!

I had numerous cases of unknown person added me to their MSN, but when i asked them, the replies are all in Chinese plus web link, i assumed they are all "BOT"

While some friends of my MSN contact list added me, i give them 1 hour to prove themselves, their photos and their I.D, who do they know from, school name,.....just to ascertain they are not harmful enough...
