hmm actually it's been 4 month ? not that i moved on completely,
just moved on to the next stage. (non crying involved)

4 months is fast.
I used to take 6 months until my friends pulled me into YOga. surprisingly it healed me.

I took... 2 weeks. Then next one 2 weeks. Third one half a year.
