I do indeed have some that are prescription ready, meaning they can be converted to "powered" lenses. Is that what you mean? Usually its the wires that can do it, although it also highly depends on the level of your prescription. The Grapevine is a pair that is not recommended for prescription lenses, due to the high curvature. Perhaps I can recommend you some pairs that are Rx ready?

I think the reason is purely down to economics. Oakley Rx lenses are rarely (or never) seen here as they're too expensive. I once asked a shop a few years ago, and was told it costs RM1000+ per pair Not sure if its really true, as I never did purchase a pair. The lenses we see in shops works fine, as they also have lenses of base 8 curvature and above; but they lack the iridium coating of Oakley lenses. I guess thats the biggest downside.

As for the Grapevine, would you be interested in a Polished Black pair? I do have the Black ones in stock.

You are correct, Gascans do come with standard and asian fit. They are exactly the same, with the exception of a higher nosepiece - for those with a low nosebridge. From my experience most people do not need it (although some insists on it) as the Gascan fits most facial features. The best way to find out if it fits is to try out the pair itself, however since you're in Labuan I can't meet up with you to let you try first

Anyway, the asian fit Gascan does not come in Polished Black colour.
