What's the different?? What's the price for these 3 Xbox??

ARCADE is the cheapest, "Entry Level" 360, even cheaper than Wii.

You can find most details on PlayAsia website. PlayAsia normally marked up the price, for example ARCADE cost US$199, but they sell it at US$269.

If you planned to buy a xbox 360, get it from your trusted local game shop and NOT PlayAsia pls. They only sell Japan 360. I imported my ARCADE 360 from them, it got RRoD out of the box , and now i am in the process of getting them to replace it. It is long winding and it involved a lot of email exchanges. Thank goodness PlayAsia ppl is generally helpful, polite.... but for a unreliable console like 360 , u rather buy from someone that can look into your problem ASAP - that is your local game shop.

@technophile - Actually it is my brand new JPN ARCADE 360 that went RRoD out of the box.

I have been shuttling the sick baby here and there these few days, trying to figure out what exactly happened. Finally it seems like I have a failed power brick out of the box, but can't confirmed it yet. Because my new JPN Power Brick has a lower Output DC of 175W, while some of my friends old JPN Power Bricks have Output DC 203W.

I have arranged to send the whole thing back to PlayAsia, still waiting for them to tell me the arrangement. At the meantime still trying to save it locally....

google up the net..there is so many info bout the 3 models...

moral of the story = never buy 360 from play asia. later susah nak claim warranty.

yes there's still chance for RROD to strike falcon (regardless the package it came from). but it's lower than 60% on launch models.

anyway, try tech2 if you want to save RROD.
