nope 3.0E is really a heat monster.... Only pure Copper Heatsink can mantain it below 40 when idle.

This one only able to maintain idle 40-44, Full load aroud 6x

Bro honestly, are u trying to fry ur processor? sweat.gif: Seems like u like stress your proc. tongue.gif

Btw, most of P4 processor thermal specification is below 70'c. So better keep ur proce temp safe below 70'c. Else life spend might be degraded. sweat.gif

Presscott is highier...i hit 80 before with Stock Intel Center Copper HSF. all game and process start lagging. (not even full load yet)

Tat y i swap such a big HSF to make sure it is below 70 when full load lol

now bai's problem not yet being solved.

have to find the source of the problem. that temp is crazy. even my gc also not that hot. hmm.gif

@bai
how is the airflow in your casing? if cacing alot crawling here there then its time for you tidy up them. try get a stand fan blow to it. tongue.gif

Is last time problem nope now. Now i using big giant HSF to solve my overheat issue tongue.gif

it the HSF problem, i try 3 HSF before

1. Intel alu HSF temp very high
2. Intel Alu with copper core HSF temp between 7x when full load w/o apply thermal paste
3. Deep cool Ice tower with thermal Paste 6x Full load with 5% OC

no sure i got touch the heatsink few time when idle........ doesn't few like 4x for me la.....

Bad air flow for my casing is possible. Dont know thermol meter can test it or not.

BTW when using Intel original alu HSF i sure it is Overheated cause all my program lag when it hot lol
