Playing mp3s, MSN & YM msgr, web browser (facebook, multiply, emails, moderating forum, replying PMs, uploading photos), charging my blackberry bold. Awesome multitasking, no lags! 2nite continue some more. Gambateh my P4! Wah what software are you using for the RAW edits? Lightroom / Capture NX? Pro system man. xD I use Lightroom and Canon's DPP and once it starts processing i cant do much adi.

QUOTE(edministrator @ Feb 9 2009, 07:11 AM) Using DXO for automated RAW processing, tested few times and find it processes better results compared to lightroom (maybe due to my camera and lens profile is available under it's database for optimisation). RAW to TIFF, then photoshop, later jpeg'ed. Ooh DxO Optics Pro. Great software but my ahem copy cant work Whoa RAW to TIFF? Thats gonna take up lots of space man How long does it take to process all 30GB+ of photos on your P4 using DxO alone?

QUOTE(edministrator @ Feb 9 2009, 06:07 PM) an hour++ with all corrections applied, bearable for me. i can multitask in between but usually i left it alone to prioritize processing, while leaving the winamp & messengers running. Hmm thats actually very fast for 30GB of RAW edits.
