1. It loads fast.
2. Site too plain for my liking, though some may beg to differ.
3. Can opt for a better header.

It will show up randomly. And while no ads is assigned, it will be minimized.

I have no idea as well.

But the last time NN slowed down my site. After I removed it, it was better.
