getting impatient.. abandoned PSP for DS-i i guess.. plus it has camera although no mic..

as i heard the DS-i cannot play downloaded games is this right??

xyeohts, what has no mic? PSP or DSi? Cuz you know, DSi has mic, like DS Lite

saw the N-DSi while in tokyo. neat little thing...selling at 18,900 yen. but shopowner told me Flashcarts r not supported. and even if they do come out with one that does, Nintendo will suppress it with firmware updates. (yes, it's PSP all over again). good thing the menu is multilanguage (inc english). but i think u'll have some problems with the browser over here.

N-DSi is not region locked. that's only for online content/browsing.

multilanguage is only for the main menu. it does not only display japanese as u might have expected. so i can actually purchase a unit in japan and bring it over here.

as for the acekard, the shopkeeper did not mention it. anyway, i do not own a nds, only PSP. but the dsi is very tempting and not that expensive. but i only saw white and black colour there.

no proof, as all the display units there r in japanese. and the shopkeeper didn't even bother showing me. but kept insisting it can display english and even chinese language menus. that's why i did not get one.
