No need to wonder. If it's new firmware, almost sure they don't work.
Oh, and support ori. |

QUOTE(Phoenix_Cypher_K1 @ Oct 6 2008, 12:45 PM) http://www.gamegrep.com/blog/14433-nintend...ent_for_piracy/Mike Fahey of the site Kotaku has expressed his concerns in an article concerning the new Nintendo DSi. The worry springs from the idea that the DSi might actually be an encouragement for piracy because of the SD slots. If Nintendo hasn't designed the DSi with protection against such things, Nintendo might experience a mass pirating of their games. Piracy of games for the DS is already easy, is it about to get worst? "Adding an SD slot makes a bunch of sense for downloadable content given the way things are going," offered Brown. "I just hope they've done something to counter the mass piracy that exists via the R4 on the Lite. It scares me that with an SD card input, that might leave it even wider open that it was on the original device," added. old ds don;t have sd slot?? |

piracy is bad, but if people(like PM and Bid) choose to ignore it, so even if have piracy, will it grow? thats is not the matter of concern or not, is the mindset of human that want free stuff, and don't give a shit to those company that develop it (from a guy that own r4

The worry springs from the idea that the DSi might actually be an encouragement for piracy because of the SD slots. But like the article said, I doubt they didn't encrypt any protection against piracy on their own SD slots considering they themselves know how vulnerable it is. |

Hurm, if they can control the usage of SD Cards on the Wii, the same should go to the DSi.

Geez...... the DSi haven't come out in the market yet and some of you guys already discussing how to pirate games with it?
I hope the net browser supports image uploading/ downloading. So I can go to /c/ whenever and wherever I want, and upload random pictures to Flickr! |

Piracy is bad for your health. Theres a bigger satisfaction when you buy original if you ask me. I will work to finish the oris i have. But if pirated. Play 10minutes. Ditch aside and everything.
Anyhow, I will be getting meself a DSi. As to when. I dunno. See to import from Japan or the US release. Or even wait for a Limited Edition design. lolz. |

QUOTE(BlueBerry~ @ Oct 6 2008, 10:59 PM) Piracy is bad for your health. Theres a bigger satisfaction when you buy original if you ask me. I will work to finish the oris i have. But if pirated. Play 10minutes. Ditch aside and everything. I beg to differ. If a game suck...it will suck no matter it is ori or not. I'm not saying that buying ori is not good, but buying a sucky ori game will still result in it being a sucky game no matter what. You can't make a sucky game good just because u're buying the original version of the game. The good thing about buying originals is that we will be more selective before buying and not just getting the ones out there on the market. Hence, the result, u will finish what u bought coz u are really careful b4 buying it and the game that u bought is really a good game. (Well even if it's not good, some will just sell it off after a few levels) Piracy, on the other hands, makes u wanna try everything that is out there on the market thus, the result of not finishing any of them is already a given outcome. |
