My method, I will benchmark against the current racquet I use, I find what I like or dislike about my current racquet.

So, say I like my current racquet, so, I will try to buy a few pieces, just as spare, in case one break. If it already discontinued, then, I will tell the shop, the characteristic I looking for, based on the model I am using, usually, they able to advice.

My 2 kupang comments, head heavy rackets, good for smashing, more power, disadvantage, you need strong arm, your reflexes may slowed when defence, cause u need to against the gravity, swing the racquet head facing down upwards (as compare to headlight racquet). Therefore, more suitable for attacking player.

Head balance, or headlight racket, opposite, smash less power than head heavy, but more easier to control. So, more suitable for defensive player or those like counter-attack.

I know AJ got, but, not sure if the model you mentioned have or not. Suggest you call first before go, cause feel they have limited stock, usually, those popular size no stock one. Later go there, no stock, waste time only  worse still, later kena poison by by the boss or boss wife, give you special offer, introduce new racquet, end up buy new racquet  , therefore, if want to go there, suggest bring ngam ngam amount, no extra money, no credit card. 

Ok, back to your question, Asics shoes famous for their gel in their sole, so, if you jump or what, not so hurt on your knee and ankle.

BTW, may I know why you disastified with Gosen or Yonex? Actually, I trying to survey, to find a better shoe too. I had used Power and Yonex before, not Gosen. Currently, using Apacs. Heard from my badminton friend, Victor not bad too (but, disclaimer, I never tried Victor that before)
