err,can anyone recommend what strings should i use for apacs nano power 9900 ?

i prefer shot placing and occasional smashes  and net play (all rounder..  sweat.gif )

but focus more on the smash part

and what shoes should i get below RM100?
*
yonex ultima series shoes? its about that price.
also for string, probably bg66 strung at 23-25 depending on ur preferences.

Recently my elbow starting to pain again after some time. Cut the story short, it was injured years ago.
i wanna continue playing, i think i should get a lighter racket.
i am a heavy smasher. but i think i got to change my game style due to racket too heavy for elbow to handle.
is there any good suggestion for below rm200 budget? currently having 3 racket which i guess is all too heavy for my busted elbow. haha

can consider apacs's lethal light and tantrum light series. do some searching and you can find them easily.
they are of 5u(75-79g..i think) weight
*
i actually spend 3-4 hours searching and reading reviews on apacs.
haha... never tested apacs b4.
if get 5u, then i guess power had to be sacrificed rite.
also heard nice review on lethal 9.
wats ur opinion? lethal or tantrum light series is around 200 or so.

yonex shuttles are really good.
1 RSL No 1 Tourney shuttle can only last at MOST 1 game..sometimes half
1 YY Aerosensa 30 shuttle can last TWO games and still can be used for next session's warm up..

extra note, heavy smashing involved.
*
indeed heavy smashing! thumbup.gif
when ziggy smash, 5 courts away also can hear.
baseline jumping smash, i think 350kmh.

Fake string will cause snap very fast 1..nowadays i run sales saw a lot shop carry fake string but look like original.. tongue.gif
*
bg68ti i get from u le boss! hahhaa...
then apacs one i doubt got fake one.
then this bg66 one i confirm not fake.
coz my father good fren. hahaha...
well, i didnt really look at the string beside the snap one.
coz i scared racket frame bend, so i immediately stop the game for 1-2 min.
cut off the string to loosen the tensions.
so, i didnt actually see. hahaha... but 2 times also break in the middle part.
nvm la, i test my next one.

damn it... =.= thats fragile?
well, i use and see. if can last me few sessions, then i guess its a miracle. haha... hopefully it last... i also wish that the previous 2 string snap is because of mishit, but i show the uncle, he says it cant be, coz its in the middle.
i hope he is wrong, or else, my pocket will be painful keep changing string.

my body grew bigger as i age. my hand grew bigger too. haha due to bodybuilding. =.= was 60+kg when i played b4. now? haha close to 90kg.
i guess, 28 tension is high but playable. to me it lack of power, but my opponent says otherwise. maybe will try it out again today.

hmmm i feel my shots are more precise, but my smashes, got sound, but not much power i think. somethings wat u see is different compared to wat the opponent feel. haha...
apacs rackets are awesome. especially tantrum 200.
but it is not a user friendly racket. it took me quite some time to get use to it.
